Fraser Cabin Relocation (built 1888), Kelsey Creek Farm – Bellevue, Washington

RVLA enjoys the special challenges that come with preserving the nature of historic public structures and places, developing strategies with an understanding of historical context as an essential element of landscape conservation and site redevelopment. The historic Fraser Cabin, one of Bellevue’s oldest structures, is a 16’x16’, hand-hewn, one room log cabin, built in 1888. RVLA managed the stabilization and relocation of the rustic cabin to its current site at Kelsey Creek Farm, where today area residents of all ages can participate in programs offering a glimpse into the area’s past.
